Mount Calvary School was
founded in 1980. It is an answer to the prayers of our brother and sisters in
Christ. Since its commencement, Mount Calvary has faced varying degrees of
hardships and adversities, but our trust in the living God never wavered. We have
witnessed the hand of God, lovingly nurtured the school to its full potential
and can still feel his continuous care for its growth. Now Mount Calvary School
has almost reached the pinnacle of its glory with a very good reputation in the
field of Education in Karbi Anglong.

Mount Calvary School are the outcome of the foresight and
vision of Rev. Dr. Timothy Rongphar, the founder and Principal of the school.
He was the Director of Calvary Ministries committed not only to the cause of
secular education but to a deep concern and conviction of eternal value of
human life.

Mount Calvary School is recognized by the Secondary Board of
Education, Assam (SEBA).
